Tyler Rogers

Admissions Director

Tyler Rogers serves as the Marketing and Admissions Director at Journey and Baylors House, bringing both professional experience and lived insight into the work he does every day. With many years in recovery, he has dedicated his life to helping others find their own path to healing and stability. 

Early in his recovery journey, Tyler worked hard to rebuild his family and was able to gain full-time custody of his oldest daughter—a milestone that continues to inspire his commitment to supporting others. Today, he is married and a proud father of a young daughter, finding deep purpose in being present, grounded, and connected. He finds support through his marriage due to his wife being a strong woman in recovery. She works in recovery as an operations director at a recovery center. 

Driven by gratitude for the life recovery has given him, Tyler is passionate about guiding individuals and families toward hope, resources, and the possibility of lasting change.
